The Contractor will Sample Clauses

The Contractor will. 4.1.1 Ensure they have read and fully understand the content of this SLA in order to follow the designated process. A checklist can be found at Appendix A of this document which Contractors might find useful.
The Contractor will. (1) have a current state unified business identifier number; (2) have industrial insurance coverage for the Contractor’s employees working in Washington as required in Title 51 RCW; (3) have an Employment Security Department number as required in Title 50 RCW; and (4) have a state excise tax registration number as required in Title 82 RCW.
The Contractor will a) Regardless of the date of execution of this Agreement, provide the Services as described in Schedule BDescription of Services during the Term;
The Contractor will monitor compliance with the data protection provisions of this Agreement, and with the Client’s documented instructions, at regular intervals throughout the entire term of the Agreement.
