The Contractor will. (a) establish and maintain at a location within British Columbia accurate books of account and records (including supporting documents) to the satisfaction of the Province;
The Contractor will. 4.1.1 Ensure they have read and fully understand the content of this SLA in order to follow the designated process. A checklist can be found at Appendix A of this document which Contractors might find useful.
The Contractor will. (1) have a current state unified business identifier number; (2) have industrial insurance coverage for the Contractor’s employees working in Washington as required in Title 51 RCW; (3) have an Employment Security Department number as required in Title 50 RCW; and (4) have a state excise tax registration number as required in Title 82 RCW.
The Contractor will a) Regardless of the date of execution of this Agreement, provide the Services as described in Schedule B – Description of Services during the Term;
The Contractor will monitor compliance with the data protection provisions of this Agreement, and with the Client’s documented instructions, at regular intervals throughout the entire term of the Agreement. The results of these checks will be submitted to the Client on request, where such results are relevant for processing of the Client’s data. The monitoring measures will be set out in a data protection policy, to be provided to the Client on request.
The Contractor will. 9.2.1. ensure that neither the Contractor nor its Personnel are placed in a position where, in the reasonable opinion of the Council, there is or may be an actual or potential conflict between the pecuniary or personal interests of the Contractor and the duties owed to the Council under the provisions of the Contract; and,
The Contractor will. 1.1. ensure that where its Personnel work directly with or have access to children or vulnerable adults that they have a valid enhanced disclosure check through the Disclosure and Barring Service against both the adults’ barred list and the children’s barred list;
The Contractor will. I. Provide the following services under the direction ofthe Board, with the mutual approval ofboth patties, according lo 707 KAR 1: ISO, 704 KAR 3:410, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act for the duration oflhe 2020-2021 Board-approved school year on days ipccilically requested by the Board'$ de�ignee. Contractor shall provide educational services for students placed at the Contractor's site. The Contractor will. (a) supply at its own expense all plant, equipment and facilities required to carry out the Works (other than any that the University has agreed in writing to supply) and ensure that such plant, equipment and facilities are maintained at all times in a safe and good working condition;
The Contractor will. 1. Notify the Department of all job openings that exists or result from the Procurement Contract.
