Common use of The Contractor acknowledges Clause in Contracts

The Contractor acknowledges. 16.5.1 that UK Sport is relying upon the Contractor’s skill and knowledge in order to assess what is ‘appropriate’ to protect UK Sport’s Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure; and
