The Contracting Authority Representative. (a) Subject to the limitations set out in Section 12.1(d), the Contracting Authority Representative shall exercise the functions and powers identified in this Project Agreement as functions or powers to be performed by the Contracting Authority Representative and such other functions and powers of Contracting Authority under this Project Agreement as Contracting Authority may notify Project Co from time to time.
