Common use of The Concession Clause in Contracts

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 20 (tentwenty) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.:

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority MPRDC hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 15 (tenFifteen) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.:

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority Authority during the subsistence of this Agreement to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 20 (tentwenty) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.:

The Concession. 3.1.1 3.1.1. Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein for 15 (fifteen) years including Construction Period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from COD), and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period of 730 (seven hundred and for a period thirty ) days and Operation Period of 10 15 (tenFifteen) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority during the subsistence of this Agreement to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 27 (tentwenty seven) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.:

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority GOTN, HD hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority during the subsistence of this Agreement to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 20 (tentwenty) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.:

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to constructplan, design, develop, operate and maintain the Project Diagnostic Centres (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (tenTen) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Concessioning Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession Concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority during the subsistence of this Agreement to constructupgrade, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 5 (tenfive) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.:

The Concession. 3.1.1 3.1.1. Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “"Concession”") during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 24 (tentwenty four) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 3.1.1. Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority during the subsistence of this Agreement to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “"Concession”") during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 ---- (ten-----) years and -- (---) months commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth hereinAppointed Date.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project and provide Storage Services (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 30 (tenthirty) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period of 910 (nine hundred and for a period ten) days and Operation Period of 10 15 (tenFifteen) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period of 730th (seven hundred and for a period thirtieth) days and Operation Period of 10 15 (tenFifteen) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority Government hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 22 (tentwenty two) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 1) Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten00 ( Xxxxx Xxxxx) years including 3 year construction period commencing from CODupon the completion of condition precedent, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.:

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period of 910 (Nine hundred and for a period tenth ) days and Operation Period of 10 15 (tenFifteen) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”"Concession ") during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) 50 years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.:

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Concessioning Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to develop, construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “"Concession”") during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from CODthe Appointed Date, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period of 730 (Seven Hundred and for a period Thirtieth) days and Operation Period of 10 15 (tenFifteen) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence license and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the ““ Concession”” ) during the Construction Period of 550 (Five hundred fifty) days and for a period Operation Period of 10 15 (tenFifteen) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
