To perform full and timely payment for the received Banking Services/executed transactions in accordance with the Bank Service Fees, which were valid at the time of execution of the respective transactions. 5.1.4.3.8. Timely provide the Bank (not later than the 1st (first) February of the year following the reporting year) with an annual confirmation of the Current Account balance (as of January 1).
