The Bumping Process. Any employee may bump (take the job of) the least senior employee holding the same job title. In the event there is no less senior employee or same job title, the employee may displace the least senior employee in the same pay grade. If there is no least senior employee, that employee may bump the least senior person in any lower classification with shift preference. Employees who bump into the same pay grade or lower classification must be able to perform the work satisfactorily without a trial period.

  • Drug Testing Procedures a. The testing procedures and safeguards provided in this policy shall be adhered to by any laboratory personnel administering departmental drug tests.

If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
