THE BODY CORPORATE. 23.1 The Purchaser acknowledges that the Purchaser has been made aware of the following material facts and circumstances relating to the Scheme and the development area within which the Scheme will be situated namely that the Seller shall when submitting the application for the registration of the Sectional Plan of the Scheme, register Management and Conduct Rules for the Scheme in terms of Section 35 of the Act as approved by the Chief Ombud acting in terms of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, 2011 (Act No. 8 of 2011) and the Regulations thereto.
