Employees At-Risk Through Medication Use 5.1 Employees who are taking medication which might affect their ability to undertake any kind of work safely, should advise an OH&S representative or the First Aid Officer, who will act immediately to eliminate the risks.

Performance while Dispute is Pending Notwithstanding the existence of a dispute, the Supplier must continue without delay to carry out all of its responsibilities under the Contract that are not affected by the dispute. GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.
Employees and Subcontractors It is understood that, from time to time, it may become necessary for the Contractor to replace an individual working as an employee or subcontractor of the Contractor. All such removals or replacements shall be subject to Owner’s prior approval. Owner reserves the right to approve a replacement, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, or terminate the Work, either partially or in its entirety without further obligation to the Contractor thereunder other than to remit payment for the Work rendered up to the termination date. Contractor agrees that Owner may, at any time, with cause, require Contractor to remove an individual from the performance of the Work. An election by Owner of any of its rights under this Section 19 shall not affect the Contractor’s responsibilities, liabilities or warranties under this Agreement.
