The Authority's. Representative shall, after receipt of written details under Clause 24.4 (Delay Events and Compensation Events), or of further particulars under Clause 24.5 (Delay Events and Compensation Events), be entitled by notice in writing to require D&B Co to provide such further supporting particulars as he may reasonably consider necessary. D&B Co shall afford the Authority's Representative reasonable facilities for investigating the validity of D&B Co's claim including, without limitation, onsite inspection.
The Authority's. The Authority's. Representative shall be entitled at any time, by notice to Project Co, to authorise any other person to exercise the functions and powers of the Authority delegated to him pursuant to this Clause 8 (Representatives), either generally or specifically. Any act of any such person shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, constitute an act of the Authority's Representative and all references to the "Authority's Representative" in this Agreement (apart from this Clause 8 (Representatives)) shall be taken as references to such person so far as they concern matters within the scope of such person's authority.

The Authority's. The Authority shall provide resources to participate in the delivery of required documents and facilitate the required business engagement, in order to meet the timescales shown in section 3.3. UAT Plan and test scripts shall be provided by The Authority and made available to Capgemini for review on 20/04/2012. The UAT plan shall be a version ready for formal review by Capgemini. A schedule of test activities and support required by Capgemini shall be included. The UAT Plan shall demonstrate that the Authority will complete UAT in 14 working days, given a standard s-curve for test execution and regression). Failure to deliver the UAT plan on the required date may have an impact on Capgemini’s ability to support the UAT effort, which ultimately may affect dates for completion of UAT. The Authority shall commence UAT the next working day after completion of SIT. Failure to achieve these dates may impact the delivery timescales as shown in section 3.3. The Authority shall review and provide written feedback of project deliverables within the time specified against each deliverable in accordance with the XXXX Review, Approval & Authorisation Process, see section 4 – AD2. The Authority is to accept the VOTE maintenance waiver issued by the Contractor 10/02/2012. The Authority holds the responsibility (with the YPLA/EFA) for submitting and running the bulk imports in accordance with the Release Plan. The Authority holds the responsibility (with the YPLA/EFA) for the creation and setting of the following in the live environment: The new Agency and EFA structures in PIMS Funding flags for any new funding streams in PIMS Set-up of any new payment codes in CODA Any updates required to the Data Service CCM views Attend business readiness review meeting to agree business activities required for Go-Live. Failure to adhere to any of the responsibilities listed in this section 2.3 may impact the delivery timescales as shown in section 3.3, and shall be handled under change control process.
The Authority's. GMDA’s Engineer shall submit a monthly inspection report (the “Inspection Report”) to the Authority/GMDA and the Contractor bringing out the results of inspections and the remedial action taken by the Contractor in respect of Defects or deficiencies. For the avoidance of doubt, such inspection or submission of Inspection Report by the AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer shall not relieve or absolve the Contractor of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement in any manner whatsoever.
The Authority's. GMDAs Engineer shall issue the IPC within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of the claim under Clause 19.8.1, after making adjustments in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Authority/GMDA shall pay to the Contractor the amount due under any IPC within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the submission of the claim under this Clause 19.8. In the event of the failure of the Authority/GMDA to make payment to the Contractor within the specified time, the Authority/GMDA shallbe liable to pay to the Contractor interest thereon and the provisions of Clause 19.9 shall apply mutatis mutandis thereto.
The Authority's. GMDAs Engineer shall certify final payment within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the final payment statement of Maintenance under Clause 19.16.1, segregating the items of amount payable from the items of amount disallowed. The Authority/GMD shall make payment on the basis of the final payment authorized by the AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer within a period of 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the Final Payment Statement from the AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer.
The Authority's. Representative may from time to time by notice to D&B Co in writing, delegate any of his powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement to a Facility Representative, subject to such terms and conditions, and for such duration as may be specified by the Authority's Representative.] 9 Liaison procedures may be adopted where this is considered beneficial to a specific project. The role of the Liaison Committee should only be to make recommendations to the parties, which they may accept or reject in their complete discretion. Neither the Liaison Committee itself, nor the members acting in that capacity, should have the authority to vary any of the provisions of the Education D&B Agreement or make any decision that is binding on the parties
