The Authority's. Representative shall, after receipt of written details under Clause 24.4 (Delay Events and Compensation Events), or of further particulars under Clause 24.5 (Delay Events and Compensation Events), be entitled by notice in writing to require D&B Co to provide such further supporting particulars as he may reasonably consider necessary. D&B Co shall afford the Authority's Representative reasonable facilities for investigating the validity of D&B Co's claim including, without limitation, onsite inspection.

The Authority's. Representative shall be entitled at any time, by notice to Project Co, to authorise any other person to exercise the functions and powers of the Authority delegated to him pursuant to this Clause 8 (Representatives), either generally or specifically. Any act of any such person shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, constitute an act of the Authority's Representative and all references to the "Authority's Representative" in this Agreement (apart from this Clause 8 (Representatives)) shall be taken as references to such person so far as they concern matters within the scope of such person's authority.

A schedule of test activities and support required by Capgemini shall be included. Failure to deliver the UAT plan on the required date may have an impact on Capgemini’s ability to support the UAT effort, which ultimately may affect dates for completion of UAT. The Authority shall commence UAT the next working day after completion of SIT. Failure to achieve these dates may impact the delivery timescales as shown in section 3.3. The Authority shall review and provide written feedback of project deliverables within the time specified against each deliverable in accordance with the XXXX Review, Approval & Authorisation Process, see section 4 – AD2. The Authority is to accept the VOTE maintenance waiver issued by the Contractor 10/02/2012. The Authority's. GMDA’s Engineer shall submit a monthly inspection report (the “Inspection Report”) to the Authority/GMDA and the Contractor bringing out the results of inspections and the remedial action taken by the Contractor in respect of Defects or deficiencies. For the avoidance of doubt, such inspection or submission of Inspection Report by the AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer shall not relieve or absolve the Contractor of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement in any manner whatsoever.
The Authority's. GMDAs Engineer shall issue the IPC within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of the claim under Clause 19.8.1, after making adjustments in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Authority/GMDA shall pay to the Contractor the amount due under any IPC within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the submission of the claim under this Clause 19.8. In the event of the failure of the Authority/GMDA to make payment to the Contractor within the specified time, the Authority/GMDA shallbe liable to pay to the Contractor interest thereon and the provisions of Clause 19.9 shall apply mutatis mutandis thereto.

The Authority's. GMDAs Engineer shall certify final payment within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the final payment statement of Maintenance under Clause 19.16.1, segregating the items of amount payable from the items of amount disallowed. The Authority/GMD shall make payment on the basis of the final payment authorized by the AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer within a period of 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the Final Payment Statement from the AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer.
