The Assistant Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurer (or if there shall be more than one, the Assistant Treasurers, in the order determined by the Board of Directors or the Members, or in the absence of any determination, then in the order of their election) shall, in the absence of the Treasurer or in the event of his inability or refusal to act, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Directors or the Members may from time to time prescribe.

The Assistant Treasurer. During the absence or disability of the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer, or, if there be more than one, the one so designated by the Treasurer, the President or the Board of Managers, shall have all the powers and functions of the Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurer shall perform all such other duties as may be prescribed by the Treasurer, the President, or the Board of Managers.
The Assistant Treasurer. In the absence of the Treasurer, whether due to resignation, incapacity or any other cause, or in the event of the Treasurer’s death, inability or refusal to act, the Assistant Treasurer shall perform the duties of the Treasurer and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Treasurer.
