The App. You can access your Atlas Card Account through the Atlas mobile application (App). You may log in to the App at any time to view and update information about your Atlas Card Account and initiate online transactions. Your use of the App is subject to the Atlas Mobile App Terms of Service.
The App. To most easily use the App, you may first create WAX account and an electronic wallet compatible with the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) standard on the WAX blockchain, such as the WAX Cloud Wallet electronic wallet accesible xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xx/. WAX Cloud Wallet and other electronic wallets allow you to purchase, store, and engage in transactions using WAX cryptocurrency. You will not be able to engage in any transactions on the App other than through WAX-compatible wallets. Transactions that take place on the App are managed and confirmed via the WAX blockchain. You understand that your WAX public address will be made publicly visible whenever you engage in a transaction on the App. We neither own nor control WAX Cloud Wallet, Google Chrome or other browsers, the WAX blockchain, or any other third party site, product, or service that you might access, visit, or use for the purpose of enabling you to use the various features of the App. We will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any such third parties, nor will we be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of your transactions or any other interaction with any such third parties.
The App. 1. The App is an online browser game that enables its registered users (“Users”) as members of a particular clan to be involved in the conquest of the states in the world map. Throughout the game, the User uses CoC tokens being an in-game currency to make moves to conquer all pieces of the state and purchase additional abilities to quickly capturing the state. The App. The App is a piece of software provided to Users to conveniently report information useful to their employer. The App is designed to allow a User to register for temporary employment through us. It also enables a User to receive further messages from FLEC. You can use the App for your personal use only. To download, install, access or use the App, you must be 18 years of age or over. If you are 18 and you wish to use download, install, access or use the App, you must get consent from your parent or guardian before doing so. Access to the App is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the App or any Content or services on or available through it without notice. We are not liable if for any reason the App or any Content or services on or available through it are unavailable at any time or for any period. We can restrict access to some or all parts of the App or the Content or services on or available through it to Users who have successfully registered with us for relevant services or Content. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the App, including, but not limited to, maintaining a balance of sufficient credit on your mobile device, otherwise ensuring access to your mobile data network, ensuring a sufficient charge in the device’s battery and keeping the device in your possession. While we may take precautions against security breaches, no website, application or Internet transmission is completely secure, and as such, you acknowledge that neither we nor third parties connected to us shall be liable for damages, costs or losses, that may result from interruption or interception of communications or unauthorized access or hacking. We cannot guarantee the privacy and security of such communications. The App is independent of any device on which it is located. Your download, installation, access to and use of the App may also be governed by the terms and conditions of your mobile or internet provider. You agree that your use of the App is for your benefit to provide information to us and to facilitate efficient processing of your work, timesheets and pay claims. You agree that by using the App you are asking us to supply your information to potential employers for your benefit and by your own choice.
The App. AT&T Workforce Manager tools include GPS tracking, wireless time entry, vehicle and asset location mapping, geo-fencing, work order dispatching, wireless forms, and barcode scanning. The Solution uses GPS and wireless technology and includes a Customer-specific portal. The Solution includes applications that work on smartphones and tablets carried by mobile workers in the field, a browser-based portal for viewing and interacting with those mobile workers, and specialized devices installed on vehicles and assets. The Solution has several different levels of service: Standard, Enhanced, and Premium, and it offers a number of different features, including AT&T Workforce Manager Voice Dispatch; AT&T Workforce Manager for Vehicles; and AT&T Workforce Manager for Mobile Assets. Customers that purchase the Standard, Enhanced or Premium service may also subscribe to the optional Intelligent Tracking Add-on service.
The App. The App allows You to make and receive individual and group calls to other App subscribers using Voice-over-IP (“VOIP”) technology. The App enables enterprise-designated administrators and supervisors to set up and manage talkgroups; establish priorities for certain calls; send,receive and listening to highly secure voice, text and multimedia messages; and track talkgroup members’ locations. An advanced version of the App also enables You to designate an emergency situation and allows administrators to remotely monitor Your device’s battery and signal strength and control Your ability to use the App. Your download and VOIP usage of the App will be billed according to Your data plan. Your subscription to the Service will be billed according to the monthly recurring fee that you or your Agency or Company agreed to pay. The App requires a compatible data device or hardware. Certain features are only available on certain devices. The App may result in increased battery usage by Your Device(s).
The App. The App is a tool for enhanced safety, and it provides inter alia, real time danger alerts and a quick- access SOS button. Please note that certain Services are available only via the App. The App is suggested to individuals, to business that wish to equip their employees with Xxxxxx Services when traveling abroad, insurance companies and to governments.
The App. The App allows You to make and receive individual and group push-to-talk calls to other App subscribers on the FirstNet Network. The PTT Solution enables Agency-designated administrators and supervisors to set up and manage talkgroups; establish priorities for certain calls; send and receive PTT voice calls and text messages; and declare an emergency situation, which allows priority calling. Your download and use of the App and PTT Solution will be billed according to Your data plan. Your subscription to the PTT Solution will be billed according to the monthly recurring fee that an individual user or Agency has agreed to pay. Use of the App requires a compatible data device or hardware and a subscription to a FirstNet voice and data plan. Certain features are only available on certain devices. The App may result in increased battery usage by Your Device(s).
