The amount of compensation exceeding. 10.000 EUR (or its value in the currency of the country of the accident at the rate of exchange on the date of the demand for reimbursement) the payment of which is blocked or deposited due to pending court proceedings, may be subject to a demand for reimbursement sent to the insurer or, if appropriate, to the Bureau concerned despite such amount not being paid to the injured party, under the condition that depending on the final decision of the court, the amount will be subject to a set-off between the Parties involved. The handling Bureau may request the reimbursement of this amount from an approved correspondent of the respective insurer. Any amount to be set-off in favour of the entity which reimbursed the handling Bureau, must be transferred back by the latter without any delay in accordance with the court decision releasing the amount.43

  • Amount of Compensation City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.
