The Alberta Teachers’ Association. The School Division shall communicate that each school site allocates five hundred dollars ($500) per teacher with an FTE of zero point two (0.2) or greater to an individual learning account. Additional funds may be accessed at the discretion of the school principal. Funds shall be used for professional learning which aligns with the teacher’s Professional Growth Plan.
