Common use of THE ACADEMY Clause in Contracts

THE ACADEMY. 1.A This Agreement made between the Secretary of State for Education and Unity Schools Trust is supplemental to the master funding agreement made between the same parties entered into on 1st August 2011 in the form of a funding agreement in respect of The Magna Carta School which was amended and restated pursuant to a Deed of Variation dated 2015 (the “Master Agreement”).

THE ACADEMY. 1.A This Agreement made between the Secretary of State for Education and Unity Schools Trust Xxxxxxx New School Limited is supplemental to the master funding agreement made between the same parties entered into on 1st August 2011 in the form of a funding agreement in respect of The Magna Carta School which was amended and restated pursuant to a Deed of Variation dated 12 March 2015 (the “Master Agreement”).

THE ACADEMY. 1.A This Agreement made between the Secretary of State for Education and Unity Schools Arbor Academy Trust is supplemental to the master funding agreement made between the same parties entered into on 1st and dated 26 August 2011 in the form 2016 as amended by a deed of a funding agreement in respect of The Magna Carta School which was amended and restated pursuant to a Deed of Variation variation dated 2015 1 February 2019 (the “Master Agreement”).

THE ACADEMY. 1.A This Agreement made between the Secretary of State for Education and Unity Schools Chancery Education Trust is supplemental to the master funding agreement made between the same parties and entered into on 1st 1 August 2011 in the form of a funding agreement in respect of The Magna Carta Pickhurst Junior School which was amended and restated pursuant to a Deed of Variation dated 2015 2016 (the “Master Agreement”).

THE ACADEMY. 1.A This Agreement made between the Secretary of State for Education and Unity Schools Xxxxxx Court Academy Trust is supplemental to the master funding agreement made between the same parties entered into on 1st August and dated 1 September 2011 in the form of a funding agreement in respect of The Magna Carta Xxxxxx Court Grammar School which was amended and restated pursuant to a Deed of Variation dated 2015 2017 (the “Master Agreement”).
