The Academy will contact parents if there is a problem with attendance, punctuality or equipment; • let parents know about any concerns or problems that affect their child’s work or behaviour; • administer and enforce discipline in a consistent manner; • send home regular assessments and a Performance Summary; • set, xxxx and monitor independent learning tasks (homework) in accordance with academy policy, and provide facilities for children to do such tasks in academy; quantity and duration of independent learning tasks set will vary according to the age and ability of the student; • arrange Parents’ Evenings during which progress will be discussed and monitor/act upon enquiries made at Parents’ Evening; • keep parents informed about academy activities through regular letters home, newsletters, the website and notices about special events.

  • THE ACADEMY 2.1 The Company will establish and maintain, and carry on or provide for the carrying on of the Academy in accordance with the Master Agreement and this Agreement.

You agree to comply with all relevant laws and will not to export any Controlled Technology in contravention to U.S. law nor to any prohibited country, entity, or person for which an export license or other governmental approval is required. All Symantec products, including the Controlled Technology are prohibited for export or re-export to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Sudan and to any country subject to relevant trade sanctions. You hereby agree that You will not export or sell any Controlled Technology for use in connection with chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, or missiles, drones or space launch vehicles capable of delivering such weapons.

  • EXPORT REGULATIONS Licensee agrees and accepts that Software may be subject to import and export laws of any country, including those of the European Union and United States (specifically the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
