The A. T. Net Group shall be required to give written notice to USFI of the switching indicating the period thereof, the name of the alternate carrier used and the rates charged by it.

A telephone call, e-mail, or fax transmission to the O.S.T. A. secretary is acceptable for requesting changes, additions or deletions to original shoot requests.
