Maximum Contractual Obligation The maximum obligation of COUNTY under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of $970,800 or actual allowable costs, whichever is less. The estimated annual amount for each twelve (12) month period is as follows:
CONTRACTUAL WORK The right of contracting or subcontracting is vested in the Employer. The right to contract or subcontract shall not be used for the purpose of undermining the Union or to discriminate against any of its members, nor shall the use of contracting result in the reduction of the present permanent work force as it is now in effect.
