Technical References Technical References that describe the practices, procedures and specifications for certain services (and the applicable interfaces relating thereto) are listed on Schedule 2.3 (the “Technical Reference Schedule”) to assist the Parties in meeting their respective responsibilities hereunder.

AUDIT AND ACCESS TO RECORDS The State reserves the right to conduct a programmatic and financial audit of the project, and the State may withhold payment until the audit is satisfactorily completed. The Grantee will be required to maintain all pertinent records and evidence pertaining to this Agreement, including grant and any required matching funds, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and other procedures specified by the State. The State or any of its duly authorized representatives must have access, upon reasonable notice, to such books, records, documents, and other evidence for the purpose of inspection, audit, and copying. The Grantee will provide proper facilities for such access and inspection. All records must be maintained for a minimum of five years after the final payment has been issued to the Grantee by the State.
Court Ordered Requests for Call Detail Records and Other Subscriber Information 7.1 To the extent technically feasible, BellSouth maintains call detail records for Mpower end users for limited time periods and can respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests for this information. BellSouth shall maintain such information for Mpower end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.
Audit of Existing Content and Functionality By May 1, 2017, the District will propose for OCR’s review and approval the identity and bona fides of an Auditor (corporation or individual) to audit all content and functionality on its website, including, but not limited to, the home page, all subordinate pages, and intranet pages and sites, to identify any online content or functionality that is inaccessible to persons with disabilities, including online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third party vendor or an open source. The Auditor will have sufficient knowledge and experience in website accessibility for people with disabilities to carry out all related tasks, including developing a Proposed Corrective Action Plan. The Audit will use the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set out above, unless the District receives prior permission from OCR to use a different standard as a benchmark. During the Audit, the District will also seek input from members of the public with disabilities, including parents, students, employees, and others associated with the District, and other persons knowledgeable about website accessibility, regarding the accessibility of its online content and functionality.
Criminal Records Bureau Checks 16) The Academy shall comply with the requirements of paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the Education (Independent School Standards) (England) Regulations 2003 (as amended) in relation to carrying out enhanced criminal records checks, obtaining enhanced criminal records certificates and making any further checks, as required and appropriate for members of staff, supply staff, individual Governors and the Chair of the Governing Body. Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts. Contractor shall maintain all Records, fiscal and otherwise, directly relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles so as to document clearly Contractor's performance. Following final payment and termination of this Contract, Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all Records for a minimum of three years, or such longer period as may be required by law, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy, or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.
