Testing/Trouble Reporting. 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network. Testing/Trouble Reporting. 1.13.4.1 NewPhone will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. NewPhone must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth network before reporting the trouble to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, NewPhone will be required to provide the results of the NewPhone test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth network.
Testing/Trouble Reporting. 1.13.4.1 AFN will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. AFN must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth network before reporting the trouble to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, AFN will be required to provide the results of the AFN test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth network.

PLI must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth network before reporting the trouble to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, PLI will be required to provide the results of the PLI test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth network.

Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, <customer_short_name> will be required to provide the results of the <customer_short_name> test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth network.

MRC must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth network before reporting the trouble to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, MRC will be required to provide the results of the MRC test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth network.

Starlink must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth network before reporting the trouble to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Starlink will be required to provide the results of the Starlink test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth network.

CBX One-Stop must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth network before reporting the trouble to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, CBX One-Stop will be required to provide the results of the CBX One-Stop test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth network.

ITC^DeltaCom must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth network before reporting the trouble to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, ITC^DeltaCom will be required to provide the results of the ITC^DeltaCom test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth network.
