Testing Procedure. To maintain the integrity of the collection and testing process, the following testing procedure will be observed. All testing shall be done in accordance with the appropriate U.S. Department of Transportation guidelines at a NIDA approved laboratory unless in conflict with a provision of this Agreement which shall be controlling.
