Test Plan. No less than sixty (60) days prior to the Expected Initial Delivery Date, Seller shall prepare and submit to SCE a proposed procedure and schedule in order to complete the ICOT (“Seller’s Proposed Test Plan”). Such Seller’s Proposed Test Plan must describe, with supporting detail, the actions, processes, protocols, and schedules to comply with all of the requirements in PART II. of this Appendix. Within ten (10) Business Days after SCE’s receipt of Seller’s Proposed Test Plan, SCE shall notify Seller that (i) the Seller’s Proposed Test Plan is accepted, and is now considered the Final Test Plan, or (ii) the Seller’s Proposed Test Plan is not accepted. If SCE does not accept Seller’s Proposed Test Plan, then SCE and Seller shall immediately commence work in good faith to develop the Final Test Plan. If, after thirty (30) days from SCE’s receipt of Seller’s Proposed Test Plan, Seller and SCE have not agreed on a Final Test Plan, SCE shall provide Seller with the Final Test Plan within seven (7) Business Days after the expiration of the thirty (30) day period. Failure by SCE to provide Seller with written acceptance of any Seller’s Proposed Test Plan shall not constitute acceptance of such Seller’s Proposed Test Plan.
Test Plan. The test plan shows how product quality is controlled through the entire process, from receipt of the goods to final inspection, in conformance with our purchase order and the agreed specifications.
Test Plan. Vendor and Cadence shall use reasonable efforts to develop as soon as possible following the execution of this Agreement a test plan and quality assurance plan necessary for the development of the acceptance tests to verify a Product's conformance to the Acceptance Standards.
Test Plan. All testing under this Contract shall be undertaken in accordance with the Test Plan and the Statement of Work.
Test Plan. Each site-specific Test Plan shall describe the approach and procedures to test and demonstrate that the system operates as designed in a safe and secure manner. Each site-specific plan shall at a minimum include the following elements: • Test Use Cases: Key use cases that will be tested to ensure the operational readiness of the system (NOTE: These test cases shall be consistent with the Refined Evaluation Plan.). Each case shall include a set of test inputs, execution conditions, and expected results developed for a particular objective.
Test Plan. The parties agree to jointly develop a plan, to be agreed upon in writing, for testing Novell VM Optimizations running on the Microsoft Virtualization Technology (“Novell VM Test Plan”). Neither party will publicly release any test results without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

The parties agree to jointly develop a plan, to be agreed upon in writing, for testing the use of the Novell Shim to run Longhorn Server as a guest operating system on SLES using the Xen or other compatible hypervisor (“Novell Shim Test Plan”). Neither party will publicly release any test results without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
Test Plan. Blue Zone will develop a test plan in consultation with CTV for the purpose of unit testing, integration testing and live environment testing of the CTV Web Site and determining whether and when the CTV Web Site is suitable for Completion Certification (the "Test Plan"). The Test Plan will include procedures to be followed in conducting actual online testing through Internet access prior to publication of the address of the CTV Web Site or public announcement of availability of the CTV Web Site and include test scripts for each testing level which shall be designed by the parties. The Test Plan will be subject to the prior written approval of CTV, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Test Plan. For new package development, the supplier, in accordance with the standards specified herein, shall perform acceptance testing per a test plan which includes: • References to the applicable standard(s). • A description of the test method. • The specific tests to be performed. • The specific tests to be excluded with rationale. • Equipment used to conduct the test. • Detailed special test instructions. • The sequence of tests.
Test Plan. The parties have identified the regulatory and industry tests listed below for the commercial launch of M2 in the United States. Additional testing, including those for carrier approval processes or for European launch, may also be required. Pursuant to Section 4.3(f)(i) of the Agreement, Sharp shall, at its expense, conduct such tests and Danger shall provide Sharp with reasonable support (described in more detail below) at no charge (except for reimbursement of Danger’s out-of-pocket expenses which Sharp must fully agree in advance).
