Test and Inspection. 7.1 PI shall conduct incoming inspection of the WAFERS, by WAFER TYPE, to determine the WAFERS’ conformance to the COMMON SPECIFICATIONS. The PCM DATA specified in Section 6.5 is required for the incoming inspection of the WAFERS and the omission, inaccuracy or other defect in the PCM DATA will in itself be sufficient cause to reject the WAFERS. This inspection shall be regarded as final in terms of quality, quantity and other conditions of the WAFERS supplied to PI subject to OKI’s warranty as defined in Section 11.1. All WAFERS passing the incoming inspection will be accepted by PI.
Test and Inspection. (a) By Toshiba. Toshiba will supply to NMI, with each Wafer shipment, ---------- process control monitor ("PCM") test results, actual Wafer sort data results, and visual quality inspection results as agreed by the parties. Toshiba will sort Wafers and "user repair" the DRAM module prior to shipment on the DRAM portions of the die.

Test and Inspection. 24.1 The Contractor shall at its own expense carry out at the place of manufacture and/or on the Site all such tests and/or inspections of the Plant and any part of the Facilities as are specified in the Contract.
Test and Inspection. (a) BY ST. ST shall supply to Tripath, with each shipment of Products, PCM test results, actual Process data results, visual quality inspection results, and wafer sort results, if applicable.
Test and Inspection. (a) BY SIEMENS. Siemens will supply to NMI, with each Wafer shipment, process control monitor ("PCM") test results and actual Wafer sort data results. In addition and without limiting the foregoing, Siemens will apply its standard outgoing visual inspection procedures and tests, provided that such data will not be reported on a regular basis unless NMI so requests on a specific lot.
Test and Inspection. All test and inspection results of the Company have provided to any government agency pursuant to any government contract or any subcontract or as a part of the delivery to the government of any article designed, engineered or manufactured by the Company were true, complete and correct. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.8(b), the Company has provided all test and inspection results to government agencies as required by law or pursuant to government contracts or subcontracts, or may have been required as part of the delivery of any article designed, engineered or manufactured by the Company.
Test and Inspection. 12.1 The Project Owner shall entrust test institutes with corresponding qualifications to test and inspect the actual quality, function and other agreed items of the samples of construction materials, construction accessories and equipment, pre-mixed concrete, precast concrete members and the project entity which are taken from the site according to relevant regulations. The Contractor shall take and seal samples at the site under the supervision of the Supervisor, and send the samples to the test institute for testing. For other materials, engineering equipment and processes of which the test and inspection are entrusted to the test institute by Project Owner of the project, see Special Technical Standards and Requirements.
Test and Inspection. 12.1 OKI shall conduct E-test and visual inspection according to the Common Specification before the delivery of the Wafers of the PI Products.
