Common use of Territorial Limits Clause in Contracts

Territorial Limits. 4.1 The rights and privileges awarded pursuant to this Agreement shall relate to and cover the entire present territorial limits of the Municipality. In the event that any area outside the territorial limits of the Municipality is annexed during the term of this Agreement, the Franchisee shall be authorized to serve such area and, at its option, may extend service therein under the same general terms and conditions that exist in this Agreement.
