Terrazzo Helpers, Machine Operators and Finishers. It is hereby agreed that the established customs of the Terrazzo Industry as to laying, grinding, and handling of material by finishers shall be maintained. The handling of sand, cement, lime, marble chips, terrazzo and all other materials that may be used for terrazzo and mosaic work after being delivered at the building; or shop; the Terrazzo Helpers/Finishers/Finisher Improvers will assist the mechanic in the handling of pipes, wire, strips and rolling of all terrazzo floors and walls; preparing, mixing by hand or machine, and distributing all kinds of concrete foundation necessary and all scratch coat used for terrazzo and mosaic work and substitutes therefore, or any composition used for such purpose; also rubbing, grinding, (except that base grinding shall not be performed by Finisher Improvers) cleaning, scrubbing and waxing of all terrazzo floors, base and wainscoting when run on the building by hand or machine; also the use of the rake, shovel, come-a-long and broom will be the exclusive work of the Terrazzo Helpers/Finishers/Finisher Improvers. Delivery of all of the materials and/or equipment to the job site or the shop shall be the work of Terrazzo Helpers/Finishers/Finisher Improvers. Pick up of equipment, excess materials and marble slurry/slop (created by the grinding and finishing of the terrazzo installation) at the conclusion of the project or as needed on an ongoing basis shall be the work of Terrazzo Helpers/Finishers/Finisher Improvers. The grinding of concrete floors, and the finishing of such floors by applying sealer or other similar material, regardless of whether or not additional aggregate of stone is added by spreading or sprinkling on top of the finished base and toweled or rolled into the finish, shall be the work of Terrazzo Helpers/Finishers/Finisher Improvers.

  • Services, Materials, and Equipment Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, heat, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities, and all other facilities, incidentals, and services necessary for the construction, performance, testing, start-up, inspection and completion of the Work.

In determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of a good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification or a specific manufacturing or processing operation set out in Annex 2, accessories, spare parts or tools delivered with the good that form part of the good's standard accessories, spare parts or tools, shall be disregarded, provided that:

Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
