Among other things, City may review any or all insurance coverage on a periodic basis and in connection with any specific activity or event associated with the Airport or proposed by Tenant.

In order to serve in this role, We must enter into agreements with Networks, other processors, and banks. These third parties require Blackbaud’s BBMS customers to enter into a Sub-Merchant Agreement with Blackbaud’s payment processor of record, as set forth in Section 1 below.
