If the appliance is installed in a location that is 100 kilometers (62 miles) or more from the nearest service center, it must be delivered to the nearest authorized Danby Service Depot by the purchaser. Transportation charges to and from the service location are not protected by this warranty and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Terms of Warranty. C.I. Service Dept. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year on parts and 1 year on labor. If you originally purchased your product more than 1 year ago, a repair fee will apply. Nothing within this warranty shall imply that C.I. will be responsible or liable for any damage to any items placed in this appliance, whether due to any defect of the appliance, or its use, whether proper or improper.

Exterior installation voids the scope of this Warranty. To receive replacement tiles, defective material must be confirmed and reported in writing to the retailer from which flooring was purchased within the applicable warranty period.
