Terms of the internship. Duration - Timetables The course will take place on : ...... / ...... / 20 ...... au ...... / ...... / 20 ...... , i.e. for a period of days. An amendment to the Agreement will eventually be established in case of prolongation of the internship requested by The Host Organisation and The Intern. In any case, the end of the internship cannot be later than the date of graduation at the end of the study period. For other mandatory courses, extra time will be subject to the obligations of the relevant programme. Maximum duration of the internship: subject to the law of July 2013-660, the period or internships by an Intern in a Host Organisation may not exceed six months per year of education. Hours of attendance of The Intern: the maximum weekly presence of the student in The Host Organisation will be 35 hours. The work schedule will be that in force in The Host Organisation. The presence of The Intern in the Host Organisation is in accordance with the rules (legal and contractual) applicable to employees of The Host Organisation in respect to daily and weekly maximum working hours, as well as night schedules, daily and weekly rest periods and public holidays.
