Common use of Terms of the guarantee Clause in Contracts

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 2021 and end on 13 October 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015).

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 2021 3 March 2023 and end on 13 October 20223 March 2024. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB35,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$39,550) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB2,917 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$3,296). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 2021 30 September 2022 and end on 13 October 202229 September 2023. In respect of the above arrangementsarrangement, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB200,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$222,000) which is payable on 30 September 2022. Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015)the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantors.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 15 September 2021 and end on 13 October 8 September 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB45,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$54,405) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB3,750 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$4,534).. Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor I and Individual Guarantor II; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor I, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB150,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$175,500) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB12,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$14,625). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 2021 6 March 2023 and end on 13 October 20226 March 2024. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB90,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$101,700) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB7,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$8,475). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 2021 23 September 2022 and end on 13 October 202223 September 2023. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB50,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$55,500) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB4,167 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$4,625). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 2021 22 September 2022 and end on 13 October 202222 September 2023. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB40,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$44,400) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB3,333 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$3,700). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 9 September 2021 and end on 13 October 7 September 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB20,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$24,080) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB1,667 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$2,007).

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 2021 8 September 2022 and end on 13 October 20228 September 2023. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB40,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$45,040) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB3,333 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$3,753). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 26 September 2021 and end on 13 October 24 September 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB50,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$60,250) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB4,167 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$5,021).

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 22 October 2021 and end on 13 21 October 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB30,000 RMB20,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$24,320) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,500 RMB1,667 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$2,027).

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 14 October 2021 19 January 2020 and end on 13 October 202218 January 2021. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee fees of RMB30,000 RMB40,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$36,180HK$45,200) which is payable by twelve equal monthly instalments of RMB2,500 RMB3,333.33 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015HK$3,766.66).
