Common use of Terms of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Terms of the Agreement. This agreement shall not become effective unless and until approved by the Galveston College Board of Regents and the Board of Trustees of the Hamshire-Fannett Independent School District. If so approved, the Agreement shall be for the 2019-2020 academic year. The agreement may be amended or extended by written addendum to this agreement. If it is the intention of one party to terminate this agreement, the one party shall provide a one hundred twenty (120) day written notice to the other party of their intention to terminate this Agreement. All notices and communications related to this agreement shall be addressed to the respective educational administrator. Terms of the Agreement. This agreement shall not become effective unless The above named individual is a degree-seeking, regular student enrolled in an eligible program of study at the University of Cincinnati. The University of Cincinnati has given academic permission to take course work at the host institution and until approved agrees to give credit for the course work on the same basis as if taken at the home school. The University of Cincinnati further agrees to the following: report enrollment information to NSLDS, establish the total cost of the student’s attendance with information provided by the Galveston College Board host institution, confrm that the student remains eligible for Title IV funds at the time of Regents disbursement, disburse Title IV funds, notify student of and monitor satisfactory academic progress, include the Board student on the FISAP, defne the applicable refund required consumer information, and keep any and all required records.
