Common use of Terms of Securities Clause in Contracts

Terms of Securities. A supplemental indenture or a Board Resolution (and, to the extent not set forth in the Board Resolution, an Officers' Certificate detailing the adoption of terms pursuant to the Board Resolution) shall establish whether the Securities of a Series shall be issued in whole or in part in the form of one or more Global Securities and the Depository for such Global Security or Securities.
