Terms of Reference for Leave. (a) On return from leave, a teacher shall be assigned, subject to the effects of declining enrolment, changing enrolment patterns or school organization changes, to the teacher's same position (including position of responsibility).

  • Terms of Reference The SSEC shall update, not later than January 31, 2023, the terms of reference for the committee. If no such agreement can be reached the SSEC shall make recommendations to the Provincial Labour Management Committee (PLMC).
