Common use of Terms of Notes Clause in Contracts

Terms of Notes. (a) All Notes issued by the Trustee in its capacity as trustee of a Trust shall be issued with the benefit of, and subject to, this Deed, the Supplementary Terms Notice relating to such Notes, the Security Trust Deed and the Note Trust Deed relating to that Trust and the Conditions relating to those Notes.

Terms of Notes. (a) All Notes issued by the Trustee in its capacity as trustee of a Trust Fund shall be issued with the benefit of, and subject to, this Deed, the relevant Supplementary Bond Terms Notice relating and the relevant Security Trust Deed and, in relation to such Class A Offered Notes, the Security Note Trust Deed and the Note Trust Deed relating to that Trust and the Conditions relating to those NotesConditions.
