Baltijas Terminals, segregated storage with quality parameters preservation guarantee, max. vessel length 180 m, draught up to 9 m; - max 7 000 mt on the basis FOB port of Riga, Latvia, SIA VLD GROUP terminal, segregated storage with quality parameters preservation guarantee, max. vessel draught 7 m; - 12 000 mt +/- 10% on the basis FOB port of Muuga, Estonia, Liwathon E.O.S. terminal, segregated storage with quality parameters preservation guarantee, max. vessel length 170 m, draught up to 11 m; - 12 000 mt +/- 10% on the basis FOB port of Sillamae, Estonia, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Ltd. terminal, segregated storage with quality parameters preservation guarantee except color index preservation**, max. vessel length 275 m, depth up to 15,8 m in the Seller’s option unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, by one lot on board the vessel nominated (or replaced) by the Buyer and accepted by the Seller.

The Goods shall be shipped by the agreed lots in the volumes up to: - FOB port Riga, Latvia, SIA Naftimpeks terminal, tanker lot up to 41 000 mt (+/-10%) tankers with length up to 250 m, beam up to 35 m and draught up to 15 m are accepted; - FOB port Riga, Latvia, SIA Pars Terminals, tanker lot 37 000 mt (+/-10%) tankers with length up to 225 m, draught up to 12 m are accepted; - FOB port Paldiski, Estonia, Alexela terminal, tanker lot up to 37 000 mt (+/-10%) tankers with length up to 230 m, beam up to 35 m and draught up to 14,1 m are accepted; - FOB port Klaipeda, Lithuania, Kroviniu Terminalas tanker lot up to 37 000 mt (+/-10%); - FOB port Klaipeda, Lithuania, Klaipedos nafta terminal, tanker lot up to 37 000 mt (+/- 10%), tankers with length up to 275 m, beam up to 50 m and draught up to 13 m are accepted; - FOB port Ventspils, Latvia, Ventspils Nafta Terminals, tanker lot up to 37 000 mt (+/-10%) tankers with draught up to 12,5 m are accepted; in the Seller’s option unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, by one lot on board the vessel nominated (or replaced) by the Buyer and accepted by the Seller.

Baltijas Terminals», segregated storage, vessel length up to 180 m., beam up to 9,00 m are accepted; - up to 15 000 mt +/- 10% on the basis FOB port Muuga, terminal “Vesta Terminal Tallinn OU”, segregated storage, vessel deadweight up to 30 000 mt, draught up to 12,6 m; - up to 30 000 mt +/- 2% on the basis FOB port Muuga, terminal “Vopak E.O.S., AS”, segregated storage, vessel length up to 200 m, draught up to 12,3 m, beam up to 34 m; - up to 15 000 mt +/- 2% on the basis FOB port Sillamae, terminal Alexela Sillamae Ltd, segregated storage, vessel length up to 275 m, berth depth – 15,80 m; in the Seller’s option unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, by one lot on board the vessel nominated (or replaced) by the Buyer and accepted by the Seller.

Baltijas Terminals», tankers with length up to 180 m, draught up to 19 m are accepted; - up to 60 000 mt +/- 2% on the basis FOB port Ventspils, terminal AS Ventbunkers, tankers with length up to 270 m, draught up to 15,0 m, deadweight up to 120 000 mt are accepted; - up to 60 000 mt +/- 2% on the basis FOB port Muuga, terminal “Vesta Terminal Tallinn OU”; - up to 60 000 mt +/- 2% on the basis FOB port Muuga, terminal “Vopak E.O.S., AS”, tankers with draught up to 12,3 m, length up to 200 m, beam up to 34 m are accepted; - up to 60 000 mt +/- 2% on the basis FOB port Sillamae, terminal Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Ltd, berth restrictions: depth up to 15,8 m, max. tanker length 275 m; - up to 60 000 mt +/- 2% on the basis FOB port St. Petersburg, terminal CJSC “Petersburg Oil Terminal”, with the possibility to increase the quantity upon the agreement between the parties subject to technical capability of the terminal; - up to 100 000 mt +/-2% on the basis FOB port Ust-Luga, terminal ОJSC «Ust-Luga Oil» are accepted in the Seller’s option unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, by one lot on board the vessel nominated (or replaced) by the Buyer and accepted by the Seller.

The Goods shall be delivered by lots, estimated delivery period of each lot shall make two months and may be specified by concluding an additional agreement for a month Goods lot delivery. Baltijas Terminals, tanker lot 15 000 mt (+/- 10%), tankers with length up to 180 m, draft up to 9 m are accepted. - FOB port Muuga, Estonia, Vopak E.O.S., AS terminal, tanker lot 15 000 mt (+/- 10%), tankers with draft up to 12,3 m, length up to 200 m, beam up to 34 m are accepted; - FOB port Tallin, Estonia, Dekoil OU terminal, tanker lot 15 000 mt (+/- 10%), tankers with length up to 160 m, draft up to 8.3 m are accepted; - FOB port Sillamae, Estonia, Alexela Sillamae Ltd Terminal, with no guarantee of color index preservation, tanker lot up to 25 000 mt (+/-25%), tankers with length up to 275 m, depth up to 15.8 are accepted; CIF Buyer’s port (through the specified ports and terminals). in the Seller’s option unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, by one lot on board the vessel nominated (or replaced) by the Buyer and accepted by the Seller.
