In this regard, the following capitalized terms used in this Security Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the UCC: Accounts, Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claims, Deposit Accounts, Documents, Equipment, Fixtures, General Intangibles, Goods, Instruments, Inventory, Investment Property, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Securities Account, and Supporting Obligations.
