Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, the following terms, together with any uncapitalized terms used herein which are defined in the UCC have the respective meanings provided for in the UCC: (i) Certificated Security; (ii) Financial Asset; (iii) Investment Property; (iv) Payment Intangibles; (v) Proceeds; (vi) Securities Account; (vii) Securities Intermediary; (viii) Security; (ix) Security Certificate; and (x) Uncertificated Security.
