TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. The regular full-time employee workday shall be eight (8) hours, as the job position requires, except as provided in Section 2.5 regarding summer hours. By agreement between the employee and supervisor, a flexible workday may be scheduled on an as needed basis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. Hours reflected on this contract are the maximum allowed for the student per term, not necessarily the position. • You must take a minimum of a half-hour unpaid lunch break after working five hours. • Submit completed time entry via AU View every other Friday. • Web time entry without supervisor approval will not be accepted. • Third time missing web time entry will result in termination of your employment. • Work-study students are not eligible for medical, dental, educational, worker’s compensation benefits, paid vacation, sick leave or holidays. • Students who are graduating may not work past the last official day of classes that term. Check with Financial Aid if you are graduating. • Earnings are taxable; appropriate taxes will be deducted from your paychecks, and must be reported to the IRS. • The University may withdraw your work-study position if it is determined that you are no longer eligible or due to budget constraints. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 5.1. It is the Employee’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the contents of this contract and any other documentation relating to their employment as they form part of your terms and conditions of employment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. The Employee's terms and conditions are determined by the Human Resources Committee or other Committee as specified in the Council’s Constitution and, unless otherwise agreed, will be in accordance with the JNC for Local Authority Chief Executives Conditions of Service Handbook as determined from time to time, a copy if which is held by HR and which can be inspected during normal working hours. The Council’s Employee Code of Conduct will form part of your terms and conditions of employment. The Council does not recognise any collective agreements which directly affect the Employee's terms and conditions of employment other than those referred to in this Agreement.
