Terms and Reopening Negotiations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021 and thereafter as provided by XXXXX. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing at its expiration, it shall give written notice of such intent to the other party no later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to said expiration. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not com- mence negotiations more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement.
