Common use of Terms and Reopening Negotiations Clause in Contracts

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021, and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to the P.E.L.R.A. In the event a successor agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a Administrative Assistant shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor agreement is executed.
