Terms and Conditions of Transfer. A. Students who graduate from the QCC Criminal Justice Associate in Science degree with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher will be guaranteed admission into the BPU Criminal Justice Studies degree under the terms of this agreement.
