TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NOTES. This Note is one of a Series (as defined below) of Notes constituted by a Trust Deed dated 7th November 2013 (as amended, supplemented, novated or restated from time to time, the “Trust Deed”) and made between the Issuer, the other issuer named therein, the Guarantor (as defined below) and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. (the “Trustee”, which expression shall, wherever the context permits, include all other persons or companies for the time being acting as trustee under the Trust Deed).
