TERMITE REPORT. A. On or before the date of Closing, Seller, or Seller’s Broker, if applicable, shall either furnish Buyer, in care of Buyer’s Broker, if applicable, at Seller’s expense, a soil treatment report issued by a licensed applicator or exterminator reflecting that the ground upon which the structure(s) has been constructed was treated prior to construction to prevent the infestation of termites; or the Seller, or Seller’s Broker, if applicable, shall provide, at Seller’s expense, a report by a licensed exterminating company of any structure(s) on the Property. If such report reveals visible infestation by termites or other wood destroying insects, Seller shall pay for such treatment and repairs, and provide a subsequent report reflecting that any structure(s) on the Property are free of infestation by termites and other wood destroying insects. Soil treatment report shall be dated within one (1) year prior to date of Closing, or an inspection report shall be dated within ninety (90) days prior to date of Closing.

TERMITE REPORT. Not later than the date of Closing, Seller shall cause a report to be provided to Buyer from a licensed Pest Control Operator certifying either that (a) the improvements on the Premises have been treated for termites and other wood destroying organisms; or (b) a system to control termites and other wood destroying organisms has been installed to serve the improvements on the Premises.
TERMITE REPORT. If existing improvements are to be rehabilitated, the Sponsor may be required to provide the Department with a termite/pest report prepared by a licensed inspector in form acceptable to the Department.
TERMITE REPORT. Seller is to furnish at Seller’s expense an Alabama Wood Infestation Report issued by a bonded and licensed pest control company stating that a visual inspection of accessible areas of the dwelling and garage and/or carport and any detached buildings given value by an appraisal indicates there is no visible sign of infestation or damage by Formosan and subterranean termites, powder post beetles, wood boring beetles, dry wood termites and wood decaying fungi. If active infestation or fungus is reported, treatment of the entire dwelling will be required unless Property is under a current termite contract in which case a re-treatment of the affected area will be permitted. Treatment will also be required in affected outbuildings if required by lender. A structural inspection by a licensed contractor at Seller's Buyer's expense may be required by the lender if any evidence of previous infestation and/or damage is found. If not required by the lender, Buyer may order a structural inspection, satisfactory to Buyer at Buyer's expense. Existing termite contract will be kept current and transferred to Buyer at Closing, subject to termite company approval, the cost of the transfer to be at Buyer’s expense. If Property is not covered by an existing termite contract, Seller shall shall not provide termite replacement coverage with without Formosan coverage at Seller's expense.
