Definitions and Abbreviations 12. The following terms and definitions shall apply to this Agreement:
Gender and Development 13. The Borrower shall ensure, and cause EPSO and HVEN to ensure, that the principles of gender equity aimed at increasing Project benefits and impacts on women in the Project area consistent with ADB’s Policy on Gender and Development (1998) are followed during implementation of the Project, including (a) equal pay to men and women for work of equal value; (b) enabling working conditions for women workers; and (c) taking necessary actions to encourage women living in the Project area to participate in the design and implementation of Project activities.
FULL NAME OF AGREEMENT The full name of this Agreement is the PDL NPDL/PFLG Slot Charter Agreement ("Agreement").
Name of Agreement 1.2.1 This Agreement shall be called the Primary Principals’ Collective Agreement and referred to as “PPCA” or “the Agreement”.
Use of Name (a) The Sub-Adviser hereby consents to the use of its name and the names of its affiliates in the Fund’s disclosure documents, shareholder communications, advertising, sales literature and similar communications. Contract Signature If the Original Form of Contract is not returned to the Contract Officer (as identified in Section 4) duly completed, signed and dated on behalf of the Supplier within 30 days of the date of signature on behalf of DFID, DFID will be entitled, at its sole discretion, to declare this Contract void. No payment will be made to the Supplier under this Contract until a copy of the Form of Contract, signed on behalf of the Supplier, is returned to the Contract Officer.
