Either party may terminate this DPA and any service agreement or contract if the other party breaches any terms of this DPA. Termination of this DPA is not in effect until the Provider has executed Exhibit “D”, or the data has otherwise been disposed of according to company standard procedures and Article IV, Section 6 of the Standard Clauses.
