Termination Vacation Pay. An employee who is laid off or terminates after six (6) full calendar months of Agency service shall be paid upon separation from Agency service for accrued vacation time except as provided as set off for damages or misappropriation of State property or equipment. An employee on educational leave of absence without pay in excess of thirty (30) days shall be paid for vacation leave accrued up to the end of the last full month of service. Employees on military leave of absence may request payment for accrued vacation.

Termination Vacation Pay. Upon termination of employment, a Regular Employee will be paid his full accrued and unused vacation pay. If termination is due to retirement and the employee finishes the beet campaign, the employee will be credited with additional vacation as if the employee had worked and accrued vacation from the date of retirement through September 30 of that year. Upon layoff, a Regular Employee subject to recall may elect to carryover any unused vacation or receive all vacation pay, subject to the carryover limitations in Paragraph 7.4.
Termination Vacation Pay. A. Employees who have ceased to be employed by the Company will receive a cash payment, in lieu of any vacation which they would otherwise have been entitled to take as time off, as at the date of termination, and which they had not already received during the calendar year in which termination occurs. Settlement will be computed for each week not already received, on the basis provided under Section 9:06 above.
