Immediately upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, Registrar shall (i) transfer its sponsorship of Registered Name registrations to another licensed registrar(s) of the Registry, in compliance with Part B of the Transfer Policy, or any other procedures established or approved by ICANN, and (ii) either return to Verisign or certify to Verisign the destruction of all Confidential Information it has received under this Agreement. In the event of termination, Verisign reserves the right to immediately contact any and all Registered Name Holders to facilitate the orderly and stable transition of Registered Name Holders to other ICANN-accredited registrars. All fees owing to Verisign shall become immediately due and payable. Survival. All fees owing to DotAsia shall become immediately due and payable. In the event of pending or actual termination in accordance with the provisions of Subsections 9.2.1, 9.2.2, or 9.2.3, DotAsia reserves the right to immediately contact any and all Registered Name Holders to facilitate the orderly and stable transition or Registered Name Holders to other .ASIA-accredited registrars. Survival. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the following shall survive: (i) Sections 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 4, 5, 6, 8 and (ii) the Registered Name Holder’s indemnification obligations.
