Common use of Termination, Release and Discharge Clause in Contracts

Termination, Release and Discharge. (a) Subject to Section 6.11 and Article Four of this Third Supplemental Indenture, each Subsidiary Guarantor may consolidate with or merge into or sell all or substantially all of its property and assets to the Company, another Subsidiary Guarantor or a Person other than the Company or another Subsidiary Guarantor (whether or not Affiliated with the Subsidiary Guarantor).
