Common use of Termination Period Clause in Contracts

Termination Period. This Option may be exercised for 90 days after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for such longer period as provided in the Plan. In no event shall this Option be exercised later than the Expiration Date as provided above.

In addition, upon an Involuntary Termination of the Optionee's employement other than for Cause upon or within 12 months after a Change of Control, this Option may be exercised for twenty-four months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider.

This Subject to the provisions of Section 10(c) of the Agreement, this Option may be exercised for 90 days three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service ProviderProvider in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for such longer period as provided one (1) year after the Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider in the Planaccordance with Sections 8 and 9 of this Agreement. Termination Period. This Option may be exercised for 90 days three (3) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon the death or Disability of the Optionee, this Option may be exercised for such longer period as provided in the Plantwelve (12) months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider.
