Termination or Abandonment. The CONSULTANT and the OWNER share the right to terminate this Agreement upon giving thirty (30) days written notice of such cancellation to the other party. If this Agreement is terminated under this paragraph, CONSULTANT shall deliver to OWNER all work product produced up to the time of termination. OWNER shall reimburse CONSULTANT for all work completed to the date of termination.
