TERMINATION OF THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT. Subject to Section 11 hereof, this Security Agreement shall terminate upon the payment and performance in full of the Secured Obligations. Upon any such termination, the Collateral Agent will, at the Grantors' expense, execute and deliver to the Grantors such documents as the Grantors shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.
