Common use of Termination of the Services Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Services. We may terminate your use of the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including non-use, without prior notice to you. You may cancel your use of the Services upon thirty (30) days prior notice to us by calling 0-000-000-0000 or by writing to us at BancorpSouth Customer Service, 0000 X Xxxxxxx Xx., Tupelo, MS 38801. Provide your account number with any verbal or written request. You will remain responsible for all payment transactions which you have initiated through the Services prior to such cancellation and for all other fees incurred in connection with the Services. You acknowledge that cancellation of your use of Online Banking Services does not cancel payment transactions which are then outstanding. Any payment(s) that have begun processing before the requested cancellation date will be processed by us. Neither termination, cancellation nor suspension shall affect your liability or obligations under this Agreement.
